These terms govern your use of seranua.store and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return Policy.
Please read them before you buy.

Our store runs on a third-party e-commerce platform. Your purchase contract is with Seranua LLC.
2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
An account isn't required — guest checkout is available. If you create one, the login is yours to protect, and activity under it is your responsibility.
You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information, and to keep it current so we can complete your order and reach you when needed.
You may not use this site for unlawful purposes, transmit malicious code, collect others' information, or interfere with the site's security. We may restrict access where these terms are breached.
3. Products and descriptions
We make every effort to display colors, images and specifications accurately.
Colour is the one worth flagging. Screens vary considerably, and textiles read differently in daylight, lamplight and north-facing rooms. We describe fibre, weave and weight so you have something more reliable than a photograph to judge by — and if you're unsure, email us before ordering rather than after.
Dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly between production batches, as is normal with woven textiles. Natural fibres also vary in tone from one batch to the next.
Availability, descriptions and pricing may change at any time. We may discontinue a product or limit quantities per person, household or order.
Obvious pricing and typographical errors are not binding on us. Where an error affects your order, we'll contact you and you may proceed at the corrected price or cancel that item for a full refund.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Shipping is free, and the total shown at checkout is the total you pay — no duties, no handling fees, nothing collected on delivery.
Payment is taken when you place your order, using the methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant provider, and we don't store full card details.
By placing an order you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount due. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order.
5. How an order becomes a contract
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm shipment.
We may decline an order where an item is out of stock, payment authorization can't be obtained, we've identified a pricing or description error, or we reasonably suspect fraud. Where payment has been taken and we decline, we refund in full.
If you don't receive a confirmation within a few hours, check your spam folder before contacting us.
6. Shipping and delivery
Processing and delivery timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery — not when the package is handed to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us and we'll open the investigation with the carrier ourselves.
Delivery estimates are estimates. We're not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or other events outside our control, though we'll help trace a delayed package.
Where we can't ship within the stated timeframe — or within 30 days if no timeframe was given — we'll notify you and you may choose to wait for a revised date or cancel for a full refund.
7. Returns and cancellations
Returns are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary:
- 30 days from delivery, for any reason
- Returns are free — we cover return shipping, and there's no restocking fee
- Items should be unused and unwashed, in original condition
- In most cases we refund without requiring the item back
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method
Sale items are returnable on the same terms as full-price items.
Washed or used items: home textiles are a category where you sometimes can't tell until you've used them. We can't return those to stock, but get in touch anyway — tell us what went wrong and we'll look at it.
Cancellations: you may cancel free of charge any time before your order ships. Email us with your order number as soon as you can.
Where this summary and the Return Policy differ, the Return Policy governs.
8. Defective, damaged or incorrect items
If a product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing fault, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph.
We'll send a replacement or refund you in full — whichever you prefer. No return is required, and no deductions apply.
A flaw that appears after a wash or two — loose stitching, a failed seam, colour that has run — is a manufacturing fault rather than wear, and the same applies.
This doesn't limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose where those apply.
9. Care instructions
Where care instructions are supplied with a product or shown on its page, please follow them. Damage resulting from washing at the wrong temperature, bleaching, or tumble drying items marked otherwise isn't a manufacturing fault.
If you're unsure how something should be cared for, ask us before the first wash rather than after.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, product photography, logos and design — belongs to Seranua LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use it commercially without our written permission.
11. Reviews and submissions
You retain ownership of what you submit. By sending us a review, photograph or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, edit, publish and display it for legitimate business purposes.
You're responsible for what you submit. It must be your own or shared with permission, based on genuine experience, and free of unlawful, defamatory or misleading content.
We may remove content that breaches these terms, though we're not obliged to monitor submissions.
12. Third-party links
Our site may link to external websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. Complaints about a third party's products go directly to that party.
13. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Errors and corrections
Our site may occasionally contain typographical errors or inaccuracies relating to product details, pricing or availability.
We may correct these and cancel affected orders, including after you've placed one. Where we cancel for this reason, we refund in full.
15. Site availability
We may modify, update, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We can't guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Nothing in this section affects an order we've already accepted.
16. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Except as expressly stated, the site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available."
We don't guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
Our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seranua LLC and its affiliates, officers, agents, contractors, service providers and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
18. Termination
You may stop using our services at any time.
Where you materially breach these terms, we may suspend or terminate your access. Orders already confirmed will be fulfilled, and amounts owed remain payable.
19. General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision doesn't waive our right to enforce it later.
These terms, together with our Return Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between us.
20. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page with the date at the top.
Changes don't apply retroactively to orders already placed.
21. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We'd much rather resolve a problem directly — please contact us first. Where a dispute can't be resolved, it will be brought before the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
Nothing here prevents you from bringing a claim in small claims court, or from exercising any right you have under the consumer protection laws of your own state.
